LeadershipXP is an internship program, and then some. You won’t be asked to get coffee or do busy work. This is about growing into the leader God created you to be. Learn how to lead in an urban inner city environment.

As a LeadershipXP intern, you will…

• Be part of a forward-thinking, risk-taking ministry that is making a lasting difference by leading people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.
  
  
• Have the opportunity to develop under local Swerve Church leadership and work in a team environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
  
  
• Have a personal mentor who is specifically devoted to pouring wisdom into your life and building you up throughout the entire internship.
  
  
• Be equipped with the tools and resources you need to effectively serve and contribute to your team.
  
  
• Take part in learning and developmental opportunities that include: book discussions, ministry outreach programs, learning sessions, and events.
  
  
• Learn hands-on how to do ministry in an urban, inner city environment while actively helping an existing church plant.
  
  
• Explore and interact with the community of Bushwick, exegeting the neighborhood while discovering new ways to build relationships and share the gospel.
