PRAYER PARTNERS
A crucial part to what we're doing as we go about planning and working towards the planting of a new life-giving church in Bushwick is prayer. We simply cannot emphasize enough the importance of this in the life of the church plant.

In preparation for the work that lies ahead in Bushwick we have created an opportunity for anyone to join us in praying for Swerve Church. We have even created an email list that you can join where we will keep you updated on things to be praying for.

Would you consider being a prayer partner? We understand that not everyone can take the step of joining the launch team or even giving financially. But this is an important way that anyone can get involved. Simply head to swervechurch.com/pray and sign up to join the mailing list. There's even a list of things you can begin praying for right now.

THINGS TO BE PRAYING FOR
Here are a few things our prayer partners are praying for this month:

• Please pray for our Halloween service project. We will be passing out free bags of candy for the kids and free pictures for everyone. This will  be a great opportunity to connect with some people in the community.
• Please pray for Melissa and Danny's assessment. Danny and Melissa are being assessed for eligibility to be church planters with NAMB October 28th and 29th.
• Please pray for open doors as we seek out a venue for our Bushwick Family Movie Night event in November.
